Angela Kefford-Watson enjoyed a successful career in investment banking spanning 12 years. She's a highly driven and determined individual, not just in business but marathons too.
Her focuses are:
- Training

- Outreach to Disabled Employees
Thriving on the demanding and dynamic environment of Global Capital Markets her career path took an unexpected diversion due to the onset of a chronic auto immune condition. Her challenging journey provided a crash course in change, adaptability, and acceptance and she experienced first hand the importance of support networks.
Every hungry to learn and embrace new opportunities, Angela is determined to draw on her own journey and corporate experience with various diversity strands to create a level playing field for all employees so they can compete and excel at the highest level.
Angela did much of the research for The Best Practice Guide that we launched in 2009 [Disabled Employee Networks a practical guide] and brings together all the case histories so that we can share best practice with the ever growing Network of Networks.
She is now doing the research for the groundbreaking new publication Secrets and Big News to be launched in 2011. She is also developing the course programme for Starting Out and Stepping Up.
Her analytical background complements the KNA skill set.
