Kay Allen OBE has a reputation as a bit of doer – getting the job done – she has been around the block – retail – media – logistics. Been there, done it, with a wardrobe full of T-Shirts.
She is passionate about:

She understands just how lonely it can be when working in an organisation where your subject is not seen by the rest of your co-workers as business critical – such as diversity. She has worked for some challenging CEO’s who take no prisoners – and who demand excellence.
That’s why Kay is now offering coaching / mentoring to co-ordinators of disabled employee networks - or simply just being there for a cup of coffee and a chat when the going gets tough. She is accredited to the European Mentoring and Coaching Council and is looking for those talented individuals who would relish the opportunity of having such a person in their corner. Being clear on your vision, goals and direction of travel, setting milestones and building on success are the cornerstones of personal development plans – and in developing an ‘ultimate people network’.
Kay keeps it busy; she is an independent consultant, appointed to take a CR lead for Number 10 working on the Big Society and has recently published "Corporates are from Mars, Charities are from Venus" a best practice guide on managing a corporate-charity partnership. Not to mention a horsey business and a country life style! Coaching is her passion – for anyone not afraid to take charge of their personal journey.
